東坡捲?



用生菜包著肉吃算是韓國式的,配上料理東西軍試吃海苔時白飯的夾法,用超市買來洗好的 arugula 芝麻菜,夾起一口大小的梅酒滷肉(大小還得挑一下)。生菜的苦味跟梅子的甜味蠻搭的,不過芝麻菜到後來的胡椒氣太重,可能換個清淡一點的生菜,garden mix 裡的草味會比較合適。

飯糰開門



一直都沒吃過日式燒烤,每個人聽了都很驚訝的樣子,倒是這趟在 LA 完成了人生中的第一次。跟第二次,中間夾了一天韓國烤肉,於是最後三天的晚餐都煙霧瀰漫。
烤飯糰還在爐上的時候,短短胖胖的還蠻可愛的。烤好外面一層焦焦脆脆的(鍋)粑,撥開來飯還是軟軟的,香脆Q甜,多重享受,中間夾了塊鮭魚反而不是很重要。
